An Ambitious Plan
The Frank Alexander Foundation Promoting Black Business
I am you…..you are me…… Put us together and we are we……Give to yourself through………. “The Frank Alexander Foundation.”
From voluntary payroll deductions we will be the recipients to things of historical proportions which very well can bring dignity, self reliance and healing to our people.
Objectives and short term goals:
Proposal: To waive any claim of ownership, using funds from payroll deductions to finance ventures while putting multitudes of people to work at decent salaries. The business will be tax free allowing profits to be used for other ventures. Government will profit from all employees salaries through taxation. This plan will assist the federal government in its attempt to keep the unemployment rate at a minimum. A win-win situation for a people that has long endured hardships looking for a solution of their own. With a belief in ourselves and a firm faith in God, the battle is won. Mel Alexander

The Frank Alexander Foundation For Black Business (BB) Our aim and motto is to help those to help others while helping themselves.
1. Purpose of the organization: a) To encourage black entrepreneurs b) To allow financial help to talented black potential business persons who ordinarily could ill-afford that chance c) To establish a foundation and vehicle of raising monies: i) through existing black businesses ii) through voluntary payroll deductions iii) through entertainment events d) To raise funds through the pay-back system and fund- raising to assure a future for our upcoming generation e) To later extend a hand to people of all groups, but as of now, charity begins at home. The Black Business (BB) personnel are expected to be morally and scholastically qualified. They are to be well versed in the handling of finances and dealing with values of the individual as far as deserving the help. Personnel of BB are expected to follow up on persons who receive loans on a (60) sixty day basis, giving consultations, etc., if so needed. Payees are to be given (90) ninety days before first payment is due. Amount of payment depends upon amount borrowed. When payment is complete, the business will continue to be a member of BB and donate to the union for its existence and determination in standing firm in its commitment of reasons of being an organization. The reason for BBLU’s existence is to help others to help themselves to achieve and share in the American Dream.
